Jaltest Advanced Technical Support (ATS) is a one-year subscription add-on that gives active Jaltest users direct access to US-based, ASE-certified diesel technicians who can help you work through complex diagnostic and repair situations in real time. At $995/year, ATS is the difference between being stuck on a difficult fault and having an expert on the phone walking you through the procedure. An active Jaltest license is required to purchase.

What Advanced Technical Support Provides

• US-based ASE-certified diesel technicians on the line — Actual diesel tech expertise, not a general customer service team
• Assistance with bi-directional actions and advanced procedures — Guided walkthroughs for calibrations, parameter settings, injector coding, DPF operations, and dealer-level actions within Jaltest
• Connection issue troubleshooting — Help resolving communication failures between Jaltest and specific vehicles, ECUs, or systems
• Technical data retrieval and interpretation — Expert assistance in reading and understanding live data parameters, fault code context, and system status
