Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how our return and refund process works.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on hardware and accessories within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories included. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at 800-217-0063 or email support@dieseltruckdiagnostictools.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, cables, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns shipped without an RMA number may be refused.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Software Licenses and Subscriptions

Software licenses, annual software subscriptions, and any digitally delivered products are non-refundable once activated. Because software licenses are registered to specific hardware and cannot be transferred, reused, or deactivated, we are unable to accept returns on activated software. If you are unsure which license you need, please contact us before purchasing and we will help you choose the right option.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the credit to your account after we issue the refund.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at 800-217-0063. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. Defective product claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day return window and condition requirements as standard returns.
