The JTP02 is a pair of 1 mm diameter round male diagnostic pins for the Jaltest multipin kit system. These are the smallest round male pins in the Jaltest JTP pin series, designed for fine-pitch ECU connectors where a 1 mm cylindrical terminal is required for back-probing or circuit testing. The JTP02 pair is included in the Jaltest Multipin Kit (part #70002001, $310.00) and is available individually for replacement or supplemental use.

What These Pins Are For

The JTP02 1 mm round pin is inserted alongside the existing terminal in a connector housing to provide a test point — you then connect the JDC10AM2 or JDC20AM2 multipin cables to route the signal to your Jaltest Link or test equipment. The 1 mm round pin covers fine-pitch connectors where the terminal cavity is too small for larger pins. These connectors are common on European commercial vehicle ECUs and certain marine engine control modules.
